form, a signed Tuition
and Payment Policy Agreement a non-refundable $25.00 registration
fee for individuals or $35.00 registration fee for families
along with your first month's tuition.

Tuition
Tuition
is due by the 1st of every month. Tuition is paid in 8 monthly
installments. There is no tuition payment in December. Please
total class hours for one week. Take your one-week total hours
and match it to the amount below.
American
Dance Artists Master Classes, THINK Company Master Classes,
Pilates Mat Classes and Drop-In classes are paid separately.
Class cards are available ADA, THINK and Pilates.

Payment
Options:
Design In Motion Dance Studio accepts the following payment
options for tuition; VISA, Master Card, Checks and Cash. A
30-day cancellation notice is required prior to canceling
a class. Tuition will not be credited, refunded or pro-rated
for partial months.
Fees:
A $10.00 late fee will be accessed on the 5thof the month
for all delinquent accounts. An additional $10.00 late fee
will be taken if an account is still not is good standing
by the 22nd of the month. An additional $25.00 NSF fee will
be assessed if the bank for any reason returns a check.
Costume
Payments:
There is a non-refundable per costume payment.

All costume
payments must be made in full before costumes are ordered.
If a costume is ordered after order due date an additional
$20 will be added to cover the cost of a special order. A
guarantee cannot be made that a costume ordered late will
be received in time for the recital. All tuition and fees
must be paid in full to receive your costumes.
